If you have decided that your employees would best enjoy camping above anything else for their team building, you have to start thinking about the physical set up of the activity. It is important that they stay in a place where most of them can bond together or else the team building will not achieve its purpose.

When camping, you can choose between huge cabins or an area where they could put up their own tents. The latter would be best since the outdoors always provide a very cozy environment at night. There must be a campfire and a place where they can gather woods.
